By attending and participating in the festival, you consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded and grant the Festival of South Asia and Gerrard India Bazaar BIA permission to use the resulting images, videos, footage and audio for purposes including: Promotional and marketing materials; Websites, brochures, posters and flyers; Social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube; Newsletters, media releases and news coverage; Reports, presentations and archival materials; Promotion of future events and community initiatives. The media may be edited, reproduced, published or distributed without compensation to attendees.
