Welcome to the 22nd TD Festival of South Asia 2024, a vibrant celebration of culture, music, and cuisine in the heart of Toronto’s Gerrard India Bazaar. Our festival spans the bustling streets of #Little India, offering an array of activities for visitors of all ages.

 

Location:

Gerrard India Bazaar, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The festival takes place along Gerrard Street East, between Coxwell Avenue and Glenside Avenue.

 

Date and Time: 

The festival kicks off at 12 noon on July 20th and runs until 11 PM. It resumes on July 21st, 2024, from 12 noon and concludes at 11 PM.

 

Accessibility: 

The festival is accessible to everyone, with no entry fees and open access throughout the event area.

 

 
HOW TO GET TO GERRARD INDIA BAZAAR
Subway: The nearest subway station is Coxwell Station on Line 2 (Green Line). From Coxwell Station, it’s about a 10-minute walk south to Gerrard Street East.
 
Streetcar/Bus from Yonge Street (Line 1)

Take the 506 Carlton streetcar, which travels along Gerrard Street East. The closest stop is Gerrard St East at Greenwood Ave. bringing you directly to the heart of the festival.

 

GO Transit or Via Rail

Take the GO Train, GO Bus, or Via Rail train into Union Station. From Union Station;

1) transfer to TTC subway (Line 1, Yellow Line) and get off at Yonge Street (Line 1), then take the 506 Carlton streetcar/bus, which travels along Gerrard Street East and get off at Gerrard St East at Greenwood Ave.;

2) transfer to TTC subway (Line 1, Yellow Line) and get off at Bloor-Yonge, then switch to Line 2 (Bloor-Danforth) eastbound to Coxwell Station.
